Since starting Yoga with Ands I’ve noticed a huge improvement in the flexibility in my hips and knees. Pain has reduced too. I slipped on ice recently, flat on my face onto concrete. Just popped right up, dusted off the salt, no broken bones. Love her classes and careful instruction.

I've been to a lot of different yoga classes and have had many instructors, but Andrea is one of my favourites. She is encouraging, positive, and upbeat. She puts an emphasis on challenging yourself while also being gentle and taking breaks when needed. She provides lots of options for different skill levels in each class, or options if you just don't feel like being too intense that day. That being said, if you're up for it Andrea will work you! Her class is one where you can really improve strength along with flexibility and breath. Whether you want to try yoga for the first time or have been practicing for years, her class is excellent.
