GETTING STARTED 3: Yoga Practice - 30min

If you have never done yoga before or need to brush up on the foundations of the basic poses, then this class is for you. It is a 30 min slow paced class where we will move through some basic yoga poses and transitions with a lot of detail, variations and modifications to set you up for success for your yoga journey. I highly recommend you do this class as your first class with me if you are a beginner! (Sammy will make his entrance on this video...!)
