Getting Started: 30min - Let's put it all together and YOGA #1

In this 30-minute session I will break down every single pose for you. We cover only a few but these are fundamental to your yoga practice and we will mostly likely move into these poses each time at some point. The session emphasizes getting into each pose, meeting you where you are at... not everyone can step their foot to the top of their mat, I know this!!!! This session will be great if you want to establish a solid yoga routine and prepare for future sessions.
